All team members initially participate in on-site training involving parking, safety, and security. Our managers go through a twenty hour course on task training, which teaches them how people learn, identify tasks, train tasks, and coach tasks. Our training program are the building blocks of our company, and provide the foundation for the success for our team, our clients, and our company.
In addition to our training program, each client’s service needs for
guests are addressed, and training tasks are defined, as well as,
implemented with our team working the locations.
