Professional Parking Solutions began in December of 2006 by our founders Miguel and Guillermo (Memo) Cisneros. Together they started PPS with a vision and course for doing business better. They set PPS up to put equal importance on Clients, Employees, Guests, and PPS. This set a standard for the success and growth of our Team!
In 2009, PPS grew to incorporate new business and strategic alliances to put the company on the map of the parking industry in Dallas Texas. This led to new shareholders and also reached a point of function and stability which continues today.
PPS uses task based training to educate our team. We have designed our training program through an alliance with All team members initially undergo three hours of training involving parking, safety, and security. We then provide team members three hours on guest interaction and situations. Once team members are prepared to advance we provide an additional hour of training for leaders in our processes, as well as, accountability. Our managers go through a twenty hour course on task training, which teaches them how people learn, identify tasks, train tasks, and coach tasks. This means each attendant has a minimum of 6 hours training, leads have 7 hours of training, and managers 27 hours of training. Our training program are the building blocks of our company, and provide the foundation for the success for our team, our clients, and our company.
In addition to our training program, each client’s service needs for guests are addressed, and training tasks are defined, as well as, implemented with our team working the locations.
